Days Gone is a genuine, unadulterated gameplay that gives you the freedom to explore, strategize and play "your way". Each challenge can be tackled and completed in an almost infinite way. The items in the field can be used to make many different items and weapons, including brutal melee weapons and traps. Customizable weapons and abilities provide real freedom in gameplay.

Unique enemies
Apart from human drifters, marauders, and other groups, Deacon has to face one of Freaker's flooded wilds - mindless, ferocious creatures that are more beastly than humans, but very much alive and developing fast. Freakers have needs, habits and behaviors that players can learn and adapt to.

Unique setting
The rugged high desert of the Pacific Northwest offers a wide variety of environments in a single geographic area. One minute Deacon can ride through a virgin forest, a snowfield, a lush meadow and the next in the rugged desert lava fields. Defined by millions of years of volcanic activity, the dangerous environments are defined by ancient lava flows, mountains, caves, cliffs and river basins, providing a breathtaking backdrop for a different style of play. Cinnabar mines, lava caves and rural towns offer many opportunities for exploration.
